This was a fun assignment for The Boston Globe, spending a recent morning with Seattle legend Dale Chihuly, master glass artist extraordinaire. Seattle Center and copyright controversies aside, glass blowing is just cool, and watching Chihuly’s crew stab at the fuming urns and toss molten glass like pizza dough was fascinating.
